The Transaction Support group aims to assist clients throughout the whole transaction process. Whilst traditional financial due diligence is a key element of the service, transaction support is much broader and more commercial, incorporating assistance with strategic assessment, including commercial due diligence, transaction management, negotiation and documentation, and post-completion integration. Transactions vary from small private deals to high profile multinational acquisitions and disposals, including MBO / MBI.

The group has experienced substantial growth in the last couple of years and is therefore seeking to recruit executives and senior executives (Managers) into its transaction support team in Cambridge. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate strong intellectual rigour and commercial awareness combined with first-class numeric and analytical skills.

The work is principally in the UK, although there are opportunities for overseas travel. Transaction support offers an exciting and creative environment, first rate career development and opportunities to work on some of the world's most high profile commercial deals.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified, with a 2:1 degree and strong results at A-level. You will be highly numerate and analytical with a thorough and methodical approach. In addition, your interpersonal skills will be highly-developed and you will be an excellent team-player.
