As the Out of Hours Trading Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the whole operation through the night, whilst the store is still trading. You will have complete accountability for other other managers, fresh/ambient/non food and customer service. A great stepping stone to store manager within a very large organisation.
Who we're looking for
Somebody with experience within a fast paced retail environment, you will have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills combined with drive and enthusiasm. You will be able to stay focused under pressure, and deal with any issues that may arise efficiently. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a very high profile company.
