This role will suit an individual wanting to broaden their experience by providing a comprehensive management information service of occupancy charges fromthis specific business unitto a wide range of business units across the Group. With responsibility for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the management information this role will provide key support during the planning, budgeting and forecasting process.
Key Accountabilities:
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of property charges to business units
• Preparation and submission of budgets and forecasts
• Responsible for ensuring that changes in occupancy and property costs are reflected in the charges passed to business units
• Provide high quality advice, support and guidance to business units
• Produce variance analysis and commentary of actual charges against budget & forecast
Who we're looking for
Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA)
Commercial awareness
Strong interpersonal skills
