The successful candidate be responsible for leading an existing team and will utilise their commercial awareness managing the full range of Estate and Professional services, for a number of high profile Public and Private Sector Clients.

Who we're looking for
Having successfully managed a team before, you will proactively demonstrate keen commercial and market awareness, and be able to adopt a proactive approach to portfolio Asset Management. You will have strong communication skills, bring new initiatives the the company, generating new opportunities adding value to the company.
Core responsibilities and functions will include:-
• Asset management of Client Portfolio.
• Business Development.
• Team Management.
• Landlord and tenant liaison/ management.
• Lease analysis and negotiations.
• Project management.
