Once you start in this role, you will go through an industry leading training programme to equip you with the skills you need to successfully manage your own bank. You will inspire a team of high calibre individuals to offer great service and represent our client's brand values.

Who we're looking for
You will currently be working in the banking environment, perhaps in a junior management or personal banking role. or you will be working in a face to face retail sales environment. You will be looking for an opportunity to take your skills to Branch Management level.
You will have strong interpersonal skills, be a competent seller and sales manager and be able to demonstrate leadership ability in abundance.
