Lean Manufacturing Consultant - German Speaker

Our client seeks Lean consultants who will be working for an expanding Manufacturing Practice providing consulting services to manufacturing companies with the goal of improving processes, productivity and efficiency.
Who we're looking for
Candidates should possess a strong academic record with at least a 2:1 undergraduate degree from a leading university, in an engineering, science based, or business discipline.
Candidates must be Fluent in German and English, and deliver training, presentations and technical conversations in both languages.
Preferred candidates will have work experience from either a graduate management training scheme, or gained the required skills from working in a manufacturing or supply chain role with a blue-chip organisation or consultancy practice.
The ability to demonstrate initiative, energy, and a determination to achieve objectives are essential, as is the ability to communicate on a variety of levels and forms including presentations. Candidates should have the flexibility to travel internationally.
Practical Lean, Six Sigma, Supply Chain and Operational Excellence experience may come from any of the following industries, but candidates must have experience of at least one of;
• automotive, chemical, consumer electronics, defence aerospace and engineering, paper and packaging.
