Acquisition Surveyor responsible for the identification and acquisition of property for this rapidly expanding retail business. Once acquisitions are identified this role will involve presenting a proposal to the board, coordinating with applicable internal teams and driving the process through to completion. Reporting into the Retail Development Manager you will be responsible for a new national brand that is being rolled out across the UK and already has board approval.
Who we're looking for
Qualified surveyor, ideally from practice with existing exposure to acquisition work. The succsessful candidate will have to have exposure to acquisitons in the retail sector for a minimum of 3 years.
