Senior Management Consultant - Health Sector

Who we're looking for
Essential:

• Degree

Desirable:

• PRINCE 2 practitioner
• Managing Successful Programmes practitioner

Essential -experience from within each of the three lists below.

Project/Programme Management:
• Direct interface with client
• PM for NHS Trust capital projects >£5M
• PM for NHS Trust service delivery projects >£2M
• PM for NHS Trust ICT delivery projects>£2M
• PFI PM >£20M (NHS/private sector)
• LIFT PM (NHS/private sector)
• Procure21 PM (NHS/private sector)
• Decant management on projects >£5M
• Programme management for NHS service delivery projects>£20M

Business consulting:
• Change management
• Process redesign (non-clinical)
• Preparation of business cases (SOC/OBC/FBC) for capital/service delivery projects
• Preparation of Strategic Service Delivery Plans
• Management of Trust commissioning

Health:
• Work within a NHS environment
• Work on NHS change programme
• DH experience<BR>• Private sector experience (not weighted as highly as NHS)
• Pharmaceutical experience (not weighted as highly as NHS)
