Due to continued growth, and proposed future expansion, a Project Finance Leader is required to join the Scotland team of this leading international consultancy in their Edinburgh office. This is a key role with short term Partner level potential, where the successful individual will be responsible for a significant profit base within a short time frame. The objective of this role is to develop the EC Harris Project Finance function and service delivery in Scotland, cultivating and managing local, new and existing relationships with Edinburgh based clients and Property Investors.
In this role you will also be expected to work locally and nationally to advise and influence Project Finance clients on potential opportunities by leveraging both your own knowledge and contacts within the Banking and Corporate Finance community and utilising the internal global network within EC Harris.
Who we're looking for
• Candidates applying for the role are likely to be working in a Project Finance capacity in the Scottish market and will have a good network of contacts within Banking, Investment and Project Finance on which to draw.
• The ideal candidate will have both the ambition and the ability to set up a new function which will have the benefit of outstanding local support, backed up with an international network of Property and Finance experts.
• Your financial modelling skills will be first class and you will have a good understanding of lenders security requirements on non-recourse loan deals.
• Initially capable of driving the business forward autonomously, you will be confident in building and managing a team going forward.
