Trust Manager, Senior Trust Officer and Senior Estates Officer

Due to an increased volume of work, Lloyds TSB Private Banking require private client lawyers for a variety of excellent In House positions within their Oxfordshire Legal department, namely:
• Senior Case Officer;
Reporting to the Estates Manager you will administer a caseload of approximately 30 high value Estates ensuring risk, service, legal & commercial considerations are observed and adhered to from acceptance until closure. You will also be required to maintain relationships with Executors/beneficiaries/internal and external customers throughout the case administration.
• Senior Trust Officer.
The Senior Trust Officer will have full responsibility for the administration of an individually allocated caseload of Trusts. This will include some complex cases under the guidance of an experienced Trusts Manager. The successful candidate will also act as a source of expertise to junior, less experienced team members and provide coaching and support where necessary.
• Trust Manager.
The Trust Manager will be responsible for a designated number of trust cases administered by a dedicated team. Advice, guidance and coaching will be given to less experienced team members and close liaison will be required between trust beneficiaries and co-trustees.

Our client is looking for qualified solicitors with various levels of recent experience working on private client matters, with particular emphasis on the administration of estates, probate, trusts and trusts administration.

• We engage a close working relationship with not only the settlor, but also with our co-trustees and beneficiaries where appropriate.

•They manage the client's financial affairs, so they can quickly and easily gather much of the information at a difficult time, eliminating the stress which would otherwise be imposed upon the family.

•They have a dedicated Estates Unit with the expertise required to administer both simple and complex estates.
• They administer estates all the time, which ensures efficiency and speed.
