Excellent Aberdeen based role with leading Energy company, working within a top rated legal team on a variety of corporate and commercial matters. This is a challenging and exciting role with a fantastic package for the right candidate.
Who we're looking for
You will have experience dealing with corporate M&A and related matters and/or general commercial contracts. Those with Oil & Gas and Energy experience will be favourably considered but it is not strictly necessary. You will be a qualified lawyer, having qualified in the UK or a recognised jurisdiction, and have a top tier private practice background or previous time spent in house.
You will be fully involved in the negotiation and drafting of various contractual agreements in addition to providing general legal advice to the business across the board. This is an excellent opportunity within a leading name in the sector.
