Working extensively across the private and the public sectors, you will be continuously upholding an exemplar reputation through developing innovative, best practice FM strategies, FM reviews and procuring best practice FM solutions.

The role also involves operating extensively in the PFI/PPP market supporting and advising both the public and private sectors. Their clients include the commercial, custodial, healthcare, education and manufacturing sectors.

The clients FM division is a dynamic team thriving through delivery of customer focused FM solutions, which is looking to build and expand its business. If you are forward thinking, highly motivated and determined to succeed, this role may interest you.

Who we're looking for
• AProven track record in delivering FM services preferably with a technical background;
• An analytical approach to FM organizational structures and costs;
• Experience in specifying and procuring FM services, including risk transfer principles;
• Experience in devising innovative, best practice FM strategies:
• Experience in developing and producing lifecycle strategies and management plans:
• Experience of PFI/PPP would be an advantage.
• In addition to the above, you will have FM Consultancy experience, which is likely to include some or all of the following;

• Experience of Client facing roles in the development of commissions;
• Experience of managing FM Consultants;
• Experience in specifying, tender process management and analysis of large-scale FM contracts.
• Detailed experience of PFI/PPP processes and procedures.

You will also be a member of the BIFM and are likely to have a relevant professional qualification.

More importantly, you will have the ability to apply what you have learned to new situations and to devise innovative solutions to FM problems. Good communication and IT skills are a pre-requisite to these roles and you will be able to forge excellent working relationship
