Associate Director

To be part of a growing team specialising in development agency, consultancy and management in Central London. The remit is to increase stock for the Agency and Investment teams.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting the partners, and providing development advice and management to landowners, developers and funding institutions in respect of development schemes in Central London. He / she will also have the ability to instigate and manage their own projects, as well as become involved in existing projects.

He / she will be responsible for identification of development opportunities; undertaking appraisals and cashflow analysis relating to development opportunities; marketing; and acquiring and disposing of sites. He /she will assist the partners in strategy development and implementation; feasibility studies management of professional teams; preparing agendas; taking minutes at meetings; preparing client reports; and pitch preparation and presentation.

The candidate will work alongside existing and target clients, including, the Royal Mail Group, Land Securities, Crossrail, Rio Tinto, British Land and the Crown Estate.

Who we're looking for
The candidate must be APC qualified.

Candidates must have very good report writing, numeric and analytical skills. The ability to undertake excel cashflow modelling would be beneficial, as would a working understanding of Circle Developer. The candidate must be outgoing, a self-motivator, enthusiastic, a good communicator, a team player, and have good inter-personnel skills. An understanding and interest in architecture and the planning regime in London would be useful, but not essential.
