Our clients highly successful Project Management and Consultancy department is comprised of a diverse and dynamic group of project mangers, interior designers and building surveyors. They are keen to expand this function by appointing a range of experienced professionals.
You will be given the autonomy to lead projects from inception to completion, gaining exposure to a variety of instructions ranging from £500k to £30m.
Who we're looking for
You will have experience in either New Build, Retail or Major fit-outs for corporate occupiers. Naturally, you will have strong negotiation and rapport-building skills, solid problem solving skills and a flexible approach to work. Ideally, you will be MRICS (QS or BS) but this is not essential.
