Our clients Asset Management department has built an unrivalled reputation for the quality and variety of its work. As a result of continued expansion, an opportunity exists for a qualified Surveyor to join their professional, friendly team.
You will take responsibility for the management of major Portfolios containing properties located throughout Britain including multi let offices and stand alone retail and industrial units. In addition you will have the opportunity to take ownership of key strategic projects and broaden your experience for further career development.
The successful applicant will be responsible for administering the portfolios in an efficient and innovative manner and will actively seek asset management opportunities, as well as dealing with day to day matters.

To be considered for this career opportunity, you will need to demonstrate strong organisational skills together with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
