Our client is looking for a property manager to head up the real estate.You will be responsible for all aspects of lease and rent negotiations, acquisitions and all real estate transactions as per the business requirements

Who we're looking for
Due to a period of consolidation our client would like to recruit someone with a background in corporate real estate but would see this role as the next step in their career with a potentially steep learning curve. Once consolidation of real estate has occurred and our client begins increasing their portfolio, the right level candidate would then have been with our client for enough of a duration to be able to cope with the increased challenges of acquisitions.
