You will work as an assistant to a partner at this niche practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience from a city qualified lawyer at a niche practice in the Oxfordshire area where all the work will be of a high level.
You will work on a full range of commercial property matters ranging from sales and acquisitions to corporate support to landlord and tenant work.
Who we're looking for
An assistant solicitor who can work with some supervision or a recently qualified lawyer who has the had excellent commercial property experience in their training contract.
Our client will also look at candidates who are looking to transfer into commercial property law. They will be looking for a candidate who has a genuine desire to make the move and who shows a level of commercial acumen.
