Leveraged Loan Asset Managers and Associate Director

Due to continued growth, opportunities have arisen within the Prudential M&G's Leveraged Loan Asset Management business. The established team is actively seeking Manager level candidates to support the Associate Directors/Directors in the analysis of a range of European leveraged transactions. Additionally they are looking for an experienced Associate Director to join the team.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidates will have:
• Prior experience analysing leveraged loans/LBO either within an arranging/participating bank, or will be a qualified ACA from a Corporate Finance team or have relevant rating agency experience.
• Excellent cash-flow modelling skills and will be able to build complex models from scratch

The role includes the analysis of loans being placed into the vehicles run by the Manager (including CLOs , CDOs, retail funds, bespoke pension fund mandates and investments on behalf of its own Life Fund), some monitoring of existing portfolios and attendance at bank meetings.

In addition to the above responsibilities the Associate Director will develop relationships with arranging banks, source invitations for new transactions, analyse potential investments and make recommendations based on his/her research for investments/loans being placed into the vehicles.
