As part of the business' planned growth our client are looking to appoint a Senior Project Surveyor to work alongside and compliment an existing QS team.
The Senior Project Surveyor will contribute to the structure in both management and project delivery and also in the strategic growth and development during what is a very exciting time for the organisation.
Summary of duties:
• The Senior Project Surveyor will be responsible for managing and delivering high quality projects.
• Be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the workload of graduate and Project Surveyors within the team.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions/fee proposals and attend interviews as required.
• Regularly report to the team Partner and Associates on project status.
• Contribute to the development of the QS team in all aspects of training, CPD, Business Development and social events
Who we're looking for
Enthusiastic, dynamic, creative, client facing individuals to be involved in commercial developments within an exciting team environment. Someone who would like to play a major part in the growth and development of a highly experienced and skilled team within a highly respected international consultancy practice.
Ideally a minimum of 5 years post Qualification experience with a Cost Management consultancy. Experienced with all aspects of Quantity Surveying & Employer's Agent role from project initiation up to project completion and handover.
The Senior Project Surveyor will possess sound knowledge in the commercial sector and experience within other sectors would be an advantage.
Qualifications: Ideally a degree in a "built environment" subject and a relevant professional qualification MRICS or similar.
