Chartered Building Surveyor

As part of the business' planned growth, a leading international consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to work alongside and compliment an existing BS team.

The Building Surveying team are purely focused on BS delivery and are well-established internally and externally for their expertise. The team have extensive sector experience in Education, Residential,Charities and Offices.

Key Responsibilities

•Delivery of high profile building projects and to provide a client led professional service
• To provide high quality advice across the full range of professional building surveying services including dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, DDA etc
• Plan, programme and implement property refurbishment and repair contracts
• Control consultants, contracts, and contractors involved in client projects
• Monitor projects on behalf of the client liaising with consultants and contractors as required
• Market and develop the building surveying services offered to both new and existing clients
• Liaise with other surveyors to ensure efficient financial control resulting in a cost effective service
• Meeting and corresponding with clients, forming strong working relationships in true partnership
• To ensure that senior management have qualified information on the progress of each appointment on a regular basis

Who we're looking for
Minimum 2 years post Chartered experience within a Building Surveying role. Experienced with all aspects of Building Surveying role from project initiation/start up to project completion and handover.
