My client is looking for a Contracts Manager with knowledge in Healthcare and Affordable Housing plus a broad range of various construction contracts. You will be working on projects up to 35millions within healthcare and affordable housing where you could be looking after multiple projects. Within the company there will be excellent career opportunities to progress to Operations Manager / Director.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and will need knowledge of
• contract review, programmes / control of site progress
• KPIs, paperwork distribution
• sign off orders
• subcontractor payments
• H&S Plans
• Control of health & safety on all sites, milestones, quality plan, letters and attend cost meetings.
• MCIOB or relevant Construction degree or equivalent
