The Project Manager will have full responsibility for the process of refitting or refurbishment of out of town retail stores.
This is a hands on role where you will lead from the front, negotiating with developers, drafting schedules of work, controlling budget, and managing contractors.
You will be working closely with the retail staff, and some projects will be on live sites so will work will need to be phased accordingly.
This is a field based regional role with requirements across the Midlands and South. You will work from home and will be supplied with all the relevant technology to do so.
Who we're looking for
A Project Manager with extensive experience working on retail stores, ideally 'out of town' but a proven track record in high street work would be considered.
You will be a multi tasking strong character, who leads by example, is passionate about their work, and who's not afraid to get their hands dirty.
Relevant construction qualifications would be ideal, but are certainly not essential as experience and attitude are key!
