This is a key strategic appointment for the firm, which is fast establishing itself as a heavyweight player in the UK, particularly in commercial property.
As a partner you will work alongside existing commercial property group partners, many of whom are dual qualified. You will manage existing relationships and develop new ones to generate work.
The new partner will develop and implement a joint strategy with the partners providing other legal services - predominantly in relation to English commercial property transactions.
As business increases, the new partner will expect to recruit additional specialists to provide strength and depth to the Firm's English commercial property capability.
Who we're looking for
The person appointed will be a highly competent and well-respected commercial property lawyer and will be expected to provide leadership in the development of the practice.
Given the experience and leadership skills required you are likely to be a partner looking for career growth, or a senior associate with demonstrable talent and ambition.
About our client
The firm has grown rapidly since it was established almost 17 years ago: in each of the last three years it has experienced 20% plus growth in its annual fee income.
Six commercial property teams are involved on a UK-wide basis in all types of property development and investment, including landlord and tenant work, portfolio etc. The property teams work closely with other areas of the practice to provide an integrated package of specialist advice, including tax and planning.
