Our Client is a highly successful,small growing creative team of organisational change advisers, managers and trainers who bring new energy to change management and business transformation.This is a team of high calibre consultants who are respected for their solid experience, no-nonsense approach and exceptional interpersonal skills
Their work spans from cultural change programmes and organisational restructures to business analysis and process alignment. They have extensive experience on small scale and multi-million pound projects in the public and private sectors and have a strong growing client base in the southwest, London and throughout the UK.
They have some exciting plans for the next couple of years and a strong pipeline of work. As a result they are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and confident Business Analyst to be part of their team and play a key role in a number of strategic projects and to develop the business further.

Who we're looking for
The right person for this role will be of graduate calibre and have sound commercial and demonstrable experience in:
o Business Process Re-engineering including process mapping skills for both As-Is and To-Be process mapping
o Requirements Elicitation / Functions Requirements
o MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
o Knowledge of CRM systems and their capabilities is desirable
• Be able to demonstrate a track record in success
• Ideally have consultancy experience or interest in consultative approach and a sound understanding of the qualities of good consulting
•Have a likeable and fun personality
• Quickly see the big picture
• A natural communicator and good decision maker
• Self-starter with drive, commitment and passion
• Organised, preferably with experience of a project environment or management of work packages
