Based at client site Monday to Friday, the role of Service Sector Lean Expert involves utilising all aspects of the Lean toolset to improve productivity and efficiency of clients processes.
This role is will involve initially managing key work streams, and ultimately growing the Public Sector and Financial Services Lean consulting revenue.
Working with front end stakeholders as well as senior executives Consultants must be able to instil behavioural change as well as developing Lean solutions to suit client needs and deliver measurable results to both new and mature Lean initiatives.
This role will involve both delivery and business development of Lean projects.
Who we're looking for
Candidates should be at a Senior Manager or Director level or from an existing Consulting group, with extensive experience in Lean process improvement tools and techniques.
Candidates with sustained application and management of Lean and Performance Improvement techniques in a mature Lean operating environment, and preferably across multiple plant locations in the UK or even abroad.
