Senior Surveyor

Reporting to Managing Surveyor, your duties will include preparation of infrastructure budgets, land purchase appraisals, site budgets, valuations, sub-contract enquiries and payment to sub-contractors as well as other general duties associated with the cost control.
Who we're looking for
Candidates should be qualified to HND/HNC or BSc degree level in a building related subject, and ideally have a minimum of five yearsspent working in the construction industry, of which two should have been in housing. We are looking for a team player with a methodical and conscientious approach to their work. You should also be very numerate and familiar with PCs, especially spreadsheet packages.
