You will be required to assist the Technical Director in fulfilling various responsibilities including obtaining information from utility companies, liaising with planning authorities and other regulatory authorities, liaising with external consultants and solicitors, checking drawings and ensuring information is issued to the appropriate people at the appropriate time.
Who we're looking for
Although you will report on a daily basis to the Technical Director, you will need to be a self motivated and organised individual, you will be expected to have good oral and written communication skills and be familiar with PC in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
