Who we're looking for
We are looking for highly motivated professionals with the desire to progress in a business to business sales environment. The ideal candidates will have experience of sales or of working for in a profession such as accountancy or law, but this is not essential.
You will need to be a career motivated individual with a passion to succeed in whatever you do. You must be able to mix integrity and a professional approach with a team ethic and an ability not to take yourself too seriously. You need to have a strong sales ethic combined with passion, commitment and resilience. In return we can offer a client facing, autonomous role with excellent career prospects either in the UK or Internationally.
Many of our consultants are drawn from the industries in which they recruit and would be more than happy to have a very informal first conversation with you regarding a move into the recruitment industry, and their experiences in doing the very same thing.
