The key purpose of the Lean Practitioner is to work alongside Clients to implement Lean within their locations. Within this role, the Lean Practitioner will work in an expert role to deliver agreed objectives, and as coach to the client's employees in order to develop internal Lean capability.
Candidates will be expected to take part in Process Diagnostics and Planningat Client site, then deliver Lean solutions to agreed objectives using a range of tools. Candidates will need to transfer knowledge to Clients at all levels from Senior Management to Shop Floor. This will be in part undertaken by means of workshops and delivery of training material.
Who we're looking for
Essential;
• Knowledge of Lean methods and established production systems (TPS, FPS, NPW etc)
• Candidates should be passionate about lean and enthusiastic about applying lean in a number of different sectors
