Project Manager

The primary role is to act as the principal point of contact with the client for the relevant scope of work ensuring the project is executed in accordance with the contract requirements within the timeframe and budget allocated. This will include
• Managing from concept to delivery complex engineering projects valued up to £200m
• Ensuring that the multi disciplined resources assigned to the project are productive and effective in managing execution issues and maintaining financial performance.
• Working closely with the customer to align processes and expectations within the contract such as management of change.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Who we're looking for
The successful Project Manager will have an excellent understanding of Project Management Techniques, may be member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and have a technical background in engineering/manufacturing. Preferably qualified to degree level in a technical discipline (BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc) but more importantly you must be able to demonstrate a track record to date of delivering projects on time and on budget. You will be a change manager with first class planning and interpersonal skills.

£45-£55,000, plus bonus, and relocation
