Your role will be to:
• assist with section 106 agreements
• handle a mixture of commercial property work such as licenses, basic leases and helping the partners and assistants on matters
Who we're looking for
FILEX with previous commercial and residential property experience.
You will:
• be confident, quick to learn, organised and accurate
• have good IT skills
