You will manage your own case load, working closely with the Head of Clinical Negligence on high value, complex, catastrophic cases, but maintaining a high degree of autonomy that will increase over time. This role willeventually bea team leader role.
Who we're looking for
You will have a broad experience of clinical negligence work and ideally be a member of the Clinical Negligence Panel.
Your cases will predominantly be Claimant cases and you will therefore ideally have Claimant experience, but training can be given in this area.An interest in business development and marketing is a distinct advantage.
