Property Demand Manager operating out of the North West for this leading Business Services organisation. Key Duties include:
• Identification and delivery of new locations which are key to the growth ofthis businessin line with developed key performance indicators.
• Support the strategic review and implementation ofthe businesseslocation and network strategy driving demonstrable improvement in business performance.
• Establish and develop key business relationships ensuring delivery of maximum benefit to the business.

Who we're looking for
Applicants for the Property Demand Manager must possess appropriate qualifications (ideally MRICS) and have a demonstrable record of success to date. We are looking for robust characters that are customer and delivery focussed, able to formulate and implement new strategies as required. Inherent commerciality and the ability to identify and understand emerging issues and new business trends will be key.
