Who we're looking for
From a RETAIL or SALES background, you will have already be working in a customer service environment and be used to providing the highest standards of pre and post-sales care. You will also have proven ability of working towards and beating sales targets.
Personality, tenacity, the ability to build a rapport - these are all essential skills that will set you on an interesting and diverse career in banking.
All applicants MUST HAVE the ability to demonstrate excellent face-to-face sales skills
