This exciting CRM role is responsible for working with the Global Practice Director in designing 'best-in-class' solutions and methodologies for CRM practice. The CRM Practice Manager will also educate both internal and external stakeholders on CRM solutions and hold a crucial leadership position across Europe as the 'Subject Matter Expert' in the sales process.
Other key responsibilities include:
1. Serve as the custodian of Urban Science practice area methodology.
2. Facilitate the product development process.
3. Monitor the competitive environment.
5. Achieve practice area revenue objectives by supporting the Operation Teams in their sales efforts.

Who we're looking for
You will be an exceptional individual, with relevant commercial experience,strong communication skills (written, spoken & presentation), sound business experience and understanding, a graduate or of graduate calibre and can demonstrate credible influencing skills.
Coupled with this our client is looking for:
• Experience in & extensive understanding of CRM/Marketing and Communications techniques from a client side, agency or management consulting environment (e.g. general advertising, direct marketing, interactive marketing, promotions and incentives, events, etc.).
• Understanding of and experience using tools that produce customer segmentation, data mining and modelling analyses.
• Ability to identify problems, generate and evaluate alternatives to resolve them, and make a prompt decision on the most effective strategy.
• Ability to assess various technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and guide others to solutions.
• Project management skills, including ability to drive the delivery of solutions on-time, within-budget and at high standard quality.
• Client facing experience preferably in a sales or account management capacity.
• Fluency in German & English is essential as well as the flexibility to travel from time to time.
