Partner/Partner Designate - Corporate Commercial Department

Stones Solicitors is committed to developing their Corporate Commercial department in the Exeter head office and would like to hear from solicitors with a proven track record in Corporate Commercial who are ready to take on this important senior role.

Stones has significant contacts with 'movers and shakers' in the commercial field and this role would focus on developing and expanding those relationships and also on leading an enthusiastic and growing team. The vacancy represents an excellent opportunity to develop the business within a highly successful commercial division led by Lynn Onyett.

Who we're looking for
This role is to lead the Corporate Commercial department in the Exeter office and therefore requires a committed and personable solicitor to drive the department onwards. They will be focussed on developing the team and furthering their career with this leading South West firm.

A strong candidate will be client focussed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a proven track record of success in a private practice corporate/commercial team. They must have a broad knowledge of the issues relating to small and medium sized companies, partnerships, acquisitions and disposal of company and business assets. An interest in IP would be an advantage.

To complement these skills will be the ability to develop business and cement strong client relationships.
