Public Sector Housing Lawyer

Who we're looking for
Ideally, our client is looking for a solicitor with experience of housing PFI, LSVT and/or ALMO transactions to work within the Housing Group of the Public Sector department.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of public sector housing work which has been obtained either with a private sector Law Firm of a Local Authority. The culture of both the department and the Firm is that assistant solicitors are given a good level of responsibility and client contact. They should therefore be looking for, and be comfortable with, such a level of exposure.
