An opportunity due to continuing growth to join a project department which is pre-eminent in its field.

Who we're looking for
Experience of housing PFI, LSVT and/or ALMO transactions to work within the Housing Group of the Public Sector department.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of public sector housing work which has been obtained either with a private sector Law Firm or a Local Authority. The culture of both the department and the Firm is that assistant solicitors are given a good level of responsibility and client contact. They should therefore be looking for, and be comfortable with, such a level of exposure.

About our client
A very highly respected international firm with a cross-departmental Project Group that is building an integrated practice in PFI/PPP projects, acting for both public sector and private sector clients.

The Projects and Construction team based in the London Office has a very well established department of eight Partners and fifteen Solicitors.
