General Store Manager

You will be responsible for a £1m plus weekly turnover store. You will have full profit and loss accountability and a team of up to 500 employees. You will have stretching targets and be running stores in a difficult area, however our clients are prepared to pay well in order to attract the best.

Who we're looking for
You will have extensive experience in a big store environment. This may be either as one of the big 4 multiples or in a large DIY retailer. You may be an Area Manager in a smaller store environment looking to get into a bigger company that can offer you more career options longer term.

Our client is a large volume food retailer andone of the main players in the UKmarket.
