This role is as assistant to a partner with an increasing caseload broadly dealing with all aspects of global brand protection, including licensing and merchandising programmes, advertising and sales promotion, sponsorship and endorsement, gambling and competition and general commercial work. This role is mostly non-contentious.

This role will involve working primarily with a global multi-national corporation which is one of the largest and best known brands in the world.

Who we're looking for
A good grounding and interest in:
- Corporate Commercial
- IP with an emphasis on Trademark/Copyright
- Marketing, Sales Promotion and Merchandising

Candidates should have excellent drafting, technical, file/time management skills, good client liaison abilities and should not be phased by high profile projects with high profile clients.
