Who we're looking for
• You will be responsible for the design review
• Understand architectural quality
• Understand design document contents and specifications
• Conduct on-site observations and compliance checks on previously reviewed design work
• Produce detailed Design Review Reports
• Works in a multi-discipline environment sharing and coordinating work to meet the project goals
• Establishes project staffing and schedule requirements and is responsible for meeting the objectives
• Makes routine decisions governed by established project standards or project instructions
• May provide guidance to other designers, drafters, and architects
• Bachelor in Architecture from a reputable and accredited university
• Proficient on a technical basis
• Be able to actively participate in large client meetings
• Good organisational skills
