This is a great chance to join up with a fast growing company in the mobile banking sector. Set in the heart of the city, this trailblazer is paving the way in mobile commerce and is looking for a commercial contracts lawyer to assist with a wide range of deals, including software licenses and IT provision agreements. This role reports directly to the Head of Legal for the company, and offers a superb level of contact with the other commercial elements of the business.
Who we're looking for
You will need to have a good base of experience with commercial contracts, particularly the negotiation and drafting of software licenses, IT agreements and provision contracts. You will have gained a good commercial awareness of business demands and be excited about working in uncharted territory with a company that is growing at a phenomenal pace. You will be no stranger to rolling your sleeves up and mucking in when the situation demands it. A background in in-house work is useful but not essential.
