You will undertake a varied workload on behalf of a wide variety of clients and this will include a mix of general Mergers and Acquisitions work and more specialised AIM/Financial Services work.
An element of your role will involve supporting the Partner in developing the business and growth of the team. You will contribute to non-fee earning activity (as appropriate) and comply within required standards for internal procedures.
Who we're looking for
Corporate Finance Lawyer with strong academic credentials and a proven track record in a high-performing corporate team. Expertise in acquisitions work is essential and exposure to AIM and/or finance work would be advantageous.
About our client
National firm with a Corporate Finance Team which advises on acquisitions and disposals, stock market listings and securities offerings, company structuring, Management Buy-Outs and Buy-Ins, corporate governance, company constitution issues, shareholder relationship structures and issues, joint ventures and special purchase vehicles, regulatory compliance and competition issues. Alternative Investment Market (AIM) specialists working within the team have assisted a number of companies to successful flotation over the past 12 months and are recognised as some of the best in their field.
