My client is one of the strongest names in the Insurance industry. They have experienced recent record profits and really impressive growth. They want to capitalise on their success and push through development of their large client base. Accordingly they are looking to seriously increase headcount at partner level.
Who we're looking for
The decision has been made to target excellent associates who have developed their own client base and who have not been recognised with partnership at their present firm. Existing partners in the field are also of interest.
