Based primarily in Trowbridge you will be working in a central services team looking after several product / service lines in the Education, Local Government and Social Housing sectors. You will be adhering to and championing brand guidelines, keeping abreast of changes / refreshes and working with Group marketing to implement. You will also be managing relationships with third parties and other divisions of the Capita Group, so good negotiation skills are a must.

You will be responsible for working on print and screen based projects from initial creative brief to finished artwork and have a thorough working knowledge of preparing artwork for print as well as for screen. Alongside this an appreciation of particular issues associated with preparing artwork for large exhibition stands is required.

Roles and responsibilities
• Input into creative direction for brand
• Provide design input to product screens look and feel
• Design and produce all brochure-ware
• Design and produce motion graphic presentations for use at high profile events
• To develop in collaboration with our web coordinator / developer interactive product walkthroughs, video testimonials and other rich media for use across a variety of delivery methods
• Design and produce high impact exhibition graphics
• Design and produce icons for various product suites in various formats including .ico
• Produce PowerPoint templates and slides to the sales force
• Design lead & guidance on development of pre-sales tools
• Design and produce product packaging

Who we're looking for
We are looking for applications from candidates with strong design experience across a wide range of channels both on and offline. You will be confident at managing a project through from initial creative stage to delivery and have good working knowledge of print and pre-press processes.

Applicants should be fluent with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash / Actionscript, Dreamweaver, Fireworks / Image Ready and possess a good understanding of HTML and CSS.

Excellent communication skills are a must as you will work closely with all levels of an organisation both internally and externally. The successful job holder will be competent at multi-tasking, working to tight deadlines and be well organised with a 'can do' attitude and a pro-active approach to your work.
