As a Store Manager at Subway, you will have full financial, operational and personnel accountability for your business; you are totally responsible for your own success. With an outstanding network of support and head office functions behind you, you will have every opportunity to succeed.
You will drive the team to exceed all customer expectations through your sheer passion and desire for the product, fully ensuring that you are satisfying and maximizing your customer needs. You will certainly lead from the front, be a real 'hands on' manager, develop your team and ensure your own development is fully explored.
You will run this business as if it is your own and deliver all aspects of training from on the job training to HR appraisals, conducting weekly and monthly team meetings to hitting your labour budget!
Who we're looking for
Ideally already a Store Manager who is fluent with their figures, you will be an individual who loves working in a fast environment has the ability to adapt at different times of the day. As a store manager you will need to keep an eye on your business but also getting involved with your team throughout the busy trading. Effective time management is a pre-requisite to success!
A highly commercial individual who is passionate about achieving results through people and is highly focused on customer service.
Key accountabilities include, instilling a strong attitude towards customer service and delivering all Key Performance Indicators from sales, labour and waste targets. You will be primarily measured on People, Operations, Financial and Marketing and your ability to deliver and influence your Area Manager in what will work for your own SUBWAY store in the area you will be based in.
