Senior Lean Expert - Master Black Belt in Global Consultancy

Provide consulting and training services to clients throughout Europe in the field of Process Excellence. Manage accounts as assigned. Assist in selling services to prospective clients.
 Teach Six Sigma, Lean and other process improvement methodologies to clients and provide consultation in these methodologies.
 As Senior Consultant (Assistant Vice President Level) you will lead client workshops for designing and improving processes.
 Advise and guide clients with the appropriate method of deploying Six Sigma with an emphasis on DFSS, lean and other process improvements methodologies.
 Manage assigned accounts, including pooling additional consulting resource from a variety of levels within the practice.
 Develop new business by developing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
 Assist other consultants as and when required.
 Demonstrate a full understanding of the companies products and offerings, to maximise cross selling opportunities and champion new propositions

Who we're looking for
• Candidates who have shown a demonstrable ability to not only implement change programs, but who have also shown an ability to transform a larger business area,and its culture on a larger scale.
• As a Senior Consultant (Assistant Vice President Level) You should have shown ability in coaching, mentoring and process improvement in a number of diverse sectors (Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Transactional) showing a clear and impressive career growth throughout.
• You will be Fluent in a European language (French or German) to enable you to facilitate transformation programs on the continent as required, as well as being Fluent in English.
• You will be an expert in both Lean processing techniques as well as Six Sigma (to Master Black Belt Level) with an emphasis on training and mentoring of staff at all levels.
