You will be overseeing a variety of large scale projects in the Bristol area. As the planning manager, you will be expected to display an in-depth knowledge of the planning procedure for major construction projects.
Who we're looking for
Ideally, you will have experience of managing the planning process in both commercial and public sector backgrounds. You must be able to analyse tender information and prepare tender programs, evaluate construction methods and techniques, advise on logistics and much more. This is an all encompassing planning management role.
