Recruitment Consultants at Michael Page are involved with the full cycle of recruitment, from identifying and developing clients to sourcing the right candidate and finally managing the offer from the client. Recruitment consultants at Michael Page can expect to be tested in terms of their ability to excel above our competition in the market place.
We are specifically looking to recruit within our Property & Construction Division for our Consulting team. You will be working with Consulting candidates from Engineering, Property and Big 4 consultancies.
Your role will include:
• Identifying and developing business with new and existing clients
• Working with candidates to Director/Partner level in Blue-chip companies
• Creating a network within the industry
• Negotiating fees
• Writing comprehensive proposals
• Pitching to clients to MD level
• Presenting the Michael Page business
Who we're looking for
Ideally the candidate will have the following:
• Strong academics or equivalent work experience<BR>• Drive and determination to be the best in the industry
• A real desire to progress through to management
• A natural ability to identify commercial opportunities
• Excellent communication skills
•A long term view on business relationships
• A logical reasoning for wanting to enter recruitment
• Some knowledge of the Construction or Corporate Real Estate sectors would be advantageous
