Construction Lawyer

To provide non-contentious construction support and to assist with the continued growth of the commercial construction practice in the Firm.
In particular the role will encompass:Negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts;Providing support on the construction aspects of PFI projects;Drafting bespoke framework agreements for FM (facilities management) and civil engineering projects. There will be an opportunity to be involved with the construction practice's extensive business development program.

Who we're looking for
Solicitor who has worked in the non-contentious construction field either within private practice or in-house with a construction company. You will need agood understanding of contract law and a familiarity with JCT forms. Acurrent, practical knowledge of adjudication procedures is highly desirable.
This may be an ideal move for a candidate moving from an in-house position.
